The latest batch of Xbox Backwards Compatible games are now available bringing three new titles to the program. Now as of February 20, 2018 we have a few fresh titles available on Xbox One and further consoles sourced from the Xbox 360. The list includes some great additions with Vanquish, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light as well as Brave: The Videogame as Xbox Backwards Compatible games. This means you can input the disc or just download them digitally if previously owned to enjoy the games once more. Two of these titles are disc or digital based with Lara Croft being digital only, you can also install previously owned digital content from them such as maps or cosmetic items from the ready to install portion of the game area. The games will run exactly like they did on Xbox 360, yet perform much better overall.
Vanquish is an intense futuristic shooter featuring a full expansive single player campaign. Lara Croft and the Guardians of Light is a cooperative focused tomb raiding adventure. It's presented from a top down view with twin stick style having a number of puzzles. The final game is Brave, based on the Disney Pixar film that explores, while expanding the narrative of the film. All the games should be available to play right away though it may take some time for the servers to fully refresh for them, but they should all be available as of the posted date above. These titles join almost 450 titles available on the program and it continues to grow all the time.
