Xbox One Shopping Cart Available Now

One of the long term Xbox Store issues is finally being resolved as the Xbox One Shopping Cart is available now for gamers on the console. This carting system will allow purchases to be linked together in one single area. This will prevent multiple separate purchases that have caused banking issues for some and will help provide a more clean setup for keeping tracking of purchases. This is part of a recent push to updating the store experience on the console platform and online.

I'm personally really excited for this addition, it brings a much needed feature to the platform. It should be noted that this will initially be available for Preview Alpha – Skip Ahead, Preview Alpha, and Preview Beta members with it releasing for everyone else later on. The cart feature will allow bundles for any type of purchase across the entirety of the story experience.

Xbox One Shopping Cart Features
You’ll now see a Cart icon in the Store which will navigate to the Shopping Cart.

All game and app product details pages now have an “Add to Cart” button accessible from the “…” next to the Buy button.

The contents of the Shopping Cart are shared between web, PC, and console for approved users.
