Welcome to the annual Gamerheadquarters Video Game Awards where we kick things off with our nominations. These include multiple categories in gaming featuring the best titles of the year. Firstly, I should mention that we have a Fan Favorite Award that can be voted on from the link below or just continue down to view the nominations. We've slightly altered the categories for the awards feeling this best represents gaming in 2019 and what the site covers.
This includes removing exclusive titles for platforms and the early access title. Additional games will be added to this list prior to the final awards reveal, with Just Cause 4 being most considered. The final awards area of the site will go live on December 17, 2019 featuring the winners for this year along with a fancy set of awards. Check out the nominations below and be sure to share around!

Other things to note: Early Access titles cannot be awarded multiple years and remasters cannot qualify for any other categories aside from the remake one. Games must have released or finished within the year to be included, this is mostly for episodic titles as they can only qualify in the year they conclude.
Exclusives are now somewhat different due to a changing market, we now consider console titles exclusive if they're only available on one platform with it being fine if they're on PC. We feel these nominations cover a variety of titles and display the best of the year, hoped you might have even come across a gem you missed in the year.
