Upon arriving from your ship you’ll notice that there are a number of enemies where your mad scientist pal is usually hiding. You can actually just simply crouch and walk by them to enter the room undetected.

There are some really awesome supplies if you go all the way to back room, including a very powerful gun. That aside, you’ll find he the Phineas V. Welles password within the dead Cystypig. This is literally right beside the terminal, search the body and collect the item. Then, you can use that on the computer terminal to finish the mission.

After you’ve read and or viewed the logs you can just fast travel right back to your ship. It’s like you were never in the area, completing a full stealth situation. No messy battles or conflicts are required, easy in and out operation that takes almost no time at all. You can however battle if you like, or just snoop around for supplies as well prior to jumping out of that place.
