With the tenth anniversary of the original Minecraft Mojang has released a nostalgia version of the game. So you may be wondering what exactly Minecraft Classic is? This version of the game is something that just runs in your browser and takes you back to the good old days. This initial take is old school featuring thirty two blocks to build with and all of the classic bugs. It has an ancient interface and its right from the far back year of 2009.
It’s a free to play game available at classic.minecraft.net and you’re able to invite nine friends to join you. Just pick a username and just jump right into this retro block building time. The world generation is minimal, the textures are basic and there really isn’t much to it. It’s really just a building game and something more educational for seeing how far the series has come with the Bedrock engine.
