Minecraft How to Kill the Warden

The Warden is definitely one of the most challenging additions to the world of Minecraft. This is a creature where it’s best to run from instead of confront, but I’ll be going some tips that will hopefully help you confront this monstrosity.

The first thing to note is that this is something you come across within the deep dark. A place down far below the surface within an ancient city. You’ll need to explore this place for special treasures while dealing with secondary mobs and potentially unleashing the beast upon all, that is the warden. The split off tactics are to follow.

#1: Avoid at all costs
While counter to the title, this is the best way to handle the monster. Use carpets to cover your sounds, crouch or just generally get away as this warden will insta kill you in almost every situation.

#2: Use cobwebs This was actually quite a helpful mechanic for me. You gather some cobwebs and then use that to sort of net and or stick the warden in a single spot. This doesn’t always quite work, but when it does you’re free to just go to town on slashing or shooting arrows at the warden. Keep wary, it may respawn right away depending on the spot you’re at.

#3: Use the environment
If you happen to be close to, or can set this up, using the environment can definitely help you out. That includes making this enemy fall from great heights or perhaps get stuck in a pool of lava. If you have lava buckets, that could help too.

#4: Suffocation
Yes, using sand of gravel to trap and swiftly eliminate the warden is a good way to go in regards to handling the large foe.

#5: Distraction
Sounds such as using other mobs can distract the warden for you to get strikes or make the right players against this large presence.

Other things to keep in mind. It has five hundred health points and it’s melee deals fifteen hearts of damage per hit. You’ll want a nearby spawn, health options and healing choices too. You need powerful weapons, or very smart strategy to make sure you have an advantage.
