You may be wondering what one of the stranger critters in Minecraft consumes for food, that being the meandering Llamas. These somewhat humble and possibly passive creatures eat hay bales. This is a type of food that can be obtained only by growing the wheat using seeds that are acquired from grass that grows on the ground. The wheat grows over time once the seeds are planted, it can be bundled for breeding or left along as a healing feed being wheat.

You use this material to feed the Llamas, when you give hay bales to two of them they'll mate and breed. This will grant you a frenzy of hearts as the two mate, then you'll get a small one. The Llamas will be guided by leads as well if you need to get them somewhere, they can be trained in a line together with multiple llamas.
