Calgary Expo 2021 Delayed

It has been updated from Calgary Expo that the 2021 event has been delayed. The group is still looking at options for having an event this year, but have noted that it won’t be in July/August which was the most recent time period that was available.

They’re working alongside the government and local authorities to take precautions and believe they have a better chance of having the event if it is available at a later time in the year. Those that purchased tickets will get details soon including the options to transfer the tickets to that new event, transferring to next year or getting a refund if desired. They note that in June you’ll hear further about their plans.

Expect various celebrity based events. There will be anime, cosplay, voice actors and even some special gamers. That includes an expansive gaming booth setup. There will of course be some comics and other events for everyone in the family.

Expect more in-depth details to be revealed closer to the show, alongside guest reveals leading up towards the event’s date. Be sure to check out our hub for additional coverage of this event during and after the show. There will be cosplay each day and panel coverage.
