The Far Cry: New Dawn release date and pricing details have been revealed for this latest spin-off entry. The title will be launching on February 15, 2019 available on Xbox One while also being Xbox One X enhanced featuring 4k resolution and HDR support. The cost is $39.99 USD or $49.99 CAD at launch, note that this may change afterwards or it could go on sale.
There are two versions of the game available with those costs being the base value. The second option is the "Deluxe Edition" costing $49.99 USD or $69.99 CAD. This higher tier option comes with additional content such as four weapon skins, two vehicle skins and an outfit.
The initial install size is unknown currently for the game. It is published by Ubisoft and developed by Ubisoft Montréal.
Far Cry: New Dawn is the latest spin-off in this series of games that is known for wacky side adventures. This time around the bombs have dropped and you're greeted with a very colorful apocalypse to deal with. There really aren't any rules, suppose there weren't any in Far Cry 5 but now things are weird! Explore a now completely radical world filled with Mad Max styled buildings and vehicles featuring bright, vibrant colors. This is set in Hope County, Montana, 17 years after a global nuclear catastrophe. You fight against a fresh threat of the Highwaymen, and their ruthless leaders The Twins. There's two player coop also.
