Netflix Lucifer Appearing in CW Crisis on Infinite Earths Crossover

This is a bit of a surprising appearance leak, according to “CanadaGraphs” it would appear that Tom Ellis will reprise his role as Lucifer Morningstar for a special TV event on the CW.

This is a character that’s now part of the Netflix streaming service, being an original series there and working on its final fifth season. The character seems to have been lent out for a special appearance on the CW’s “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover.

This is a large scale annual moment in television, that will pile on many iconic DC characters from various franchises that have released over the years. It’s unknown how large of a role the Lucifer would play, considering the vast cast it’s likely more cameo in nature. It’s also unknown how this factors into the regular Netflix run show, or if it does at all.

It seems the news is likely considering the behind the scenes scoop, but it could also be never used despite being shot, or part of another situation.
