Netflix The Umbrella Academy Season 2 Renewal

Netflix The Umbrella Academy Season 2 renewal has been confirmed with the second entry of the show arriving at some point in the future. No official release date has been set, or even a window as to when to expect this. This new season of the show will include ten one hour long episodes and will be produced by Universal Content Productions. The production will begin summer 2019 in the magical land of Toronto, Canada. Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min are set to reprise their roles. Additional casting is noted as to be announced, so expect some fresh faces this time around.

Steve Blackman (Fargo, Altered Carbon) will return as the Showrunner and Executive Producer. Executive Producers also set to return alongside Blackman include Jeff F. King (EP), Mike Richardson (EP), Keith Goldberg (EP), Gerard Way (Co-EP), and Gabriel Bá (Co-EP).Those are all of the details announced as this time.
