PUBG launches with great visuals as the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Xbox One X Enhanced release is confirmed as the official tracking list on Xbox has it noted. The game is listed as being "Available Now" for an enhancement and that isn't surprising considering the it has been in preview program. Furthermore, that this has been heavily marketed by Microsoft. For now we have full details as its "Available Now" with support for 4k resolution and HDR. With this release it's also unlikely to support VRR.
The game will be enhanced right upon launch as opposed to post. For context, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is the highly popular battle royale experience. Players drop in from a plane and battle each other across a massive map. The goal is to quickly gather loot once you land and then work to eliminate everyone else to be the only one standing. This is done in solo, duos or groups granting players the option to face-off against each other in multiple ways. There's a ton to do as you work to survive and hopefully win. The PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Xbox One X enhanced releases fully on September 4, 2018 on Xbox One platforms.
