While Microsoft's Xbox has been rather quiet studio wise in recent years even closing Lionhead and losing others, during this year they went on a spending spree. It was the goal to gather talent from various independent studios to fuel their future first party line-up. It has been mentioned that the various groups will keep their unique style to produce quality titles moving forward. Here are all of the Xbox Studios purchases 2018, full list detailed below. Those are the brand new entries into the line-up. They join a number of others including 343 Industries; The Coalition, Turn10, Rare, Microsoft Global Publishing and Mojang. These were all of the rumored purchases and more, it should be interesting to see what they produce in the future.
